Ian Theirl is a professional gigging saxophonist based in Southern Illinois. Currently studying Music Performance, Music Composition, and Music Theory at Southern Illinois University Carbondale, Ian brings both academic depth and real-world performance experience to every engagement.

While his playing is primarily jazz-focused, Ian is versatile across multiple live performance settings—from intimate solo sets at upscale restaurants to energetic combo performances at jazz clubs and private events.
